2. DATA WE USE

We keep the site intentionally simple. Depending on how you use it, we may process:

• Website and device data: browser, device, approximate location, IP-related technical data, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site.
• Cookie preferences: whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics and advertising cookies.
• Contact data: your name, email address, and the contents of a message when you contact us.
• Etsy-related support data: order information you choose to share with us when contacting us about an Etsy order.

The More Stress Lens is student humour. We do not ask you to submit health, academic, or sensitive personal data through this website.

• To answer customer-support questions and deal with an order issue you raise.
• With your consent, to understand site performance through Google Analytics and measure advertising performance through Meta Pixel.

• Fulfilment and delivery partners, such as Gelato and relevant delivery carriers, for Etsy orders.
• Site-hosting and technical providers, which help make morestress.com available.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Cookie preferences remain in your browser until you withdraw consent or clear browser storage. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Order and accounting records are retained only for the period required by applicable law. Optional analytics and advertising data is retained according to our settings with Google and Meta, and no longer than needed for the purposes above.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Where the GDPR applies, you can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that happened before withdrawal. Email info@morestress.com to make a request.
